I began my own fitness and health journey 18 years ago, I have taught yoga, love the outdoors and more recently have discovered a love for strength training.

Animal lover and vegan for over 12 years, combined with the discipline of competing in two body building competitions to date.
I know what it takes to build muscle and to drop body fat all on a vegan diet and I'd love, LOVE, love to help you.
